Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Comfort Specialist to help our clients choose, install, and maintain the best HVAC systems for their needs. As a Comfort Specialist, you will visit client properties, assess their current systems, and provide professional advice on improving air quality, energy efficiency, and comfort. You’ll work closely with clients to recommend the most suitable solutions for their homes or businesses.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through selecting the ideal HVAC systems and ensure their comfort and safety remain top priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site assessments of client HVAC systems, including air quality, energy efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Provide expert recommendations for HVAC solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs and preferences.
  • Present detailed proposals and explain the benefits of different HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance plans.
  • Guide clients through the selection and purchase of HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and comfort.
  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians and installers to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Educate clients on system operation, care, and maintenance to maximize efficiency and longevity.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work evenings & weekends
  • Comfortable with technology – Using CRM software and proposal tools.
