I’m sure that a lot of HVAC Companies are similar to Top Flight. I called them and ask the to come out on a weekend because I didn’t have heat. While they were on their way I figured out that I had a bad contactor. When the guy arrived, I showed him the contactor. He didn’t have one in his van. So he had to go get one. He replaced it and checked over the rest of the system and say I was low on refrigerant. He came back two days later and added 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I paid $1,488 for them to replace 1 contactor and a 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I was totally RIPPED OFF. I definitely would not recommend them!
