I can’t say enough good things about Top Flight Heating & Air! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting the job done right. Scheduling was a breeze, and they showed up on time (which is rare these days!).

I’m sure that a lot of HVAC Companies are similar to Top Flight. I called them and ask the to come out on a weekend because I didn’t have heat. While they were on their way I figured out that I had a bad contactor. When the guy arrived, I showed him the contactor. He didn’t have one in his van. So he had to go get one. He replaced it and checked over the rest of the system and say I was low on refrigerant. He came back two days later and added 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I paid $1,488 for them to replace 1 contactor and a 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I was totally RIPPED OFF. I definitely would not recommend them!

The other day, when temperatures were in the teens, I woke up to 54 degrees in my house. I went on line to look up HVAC services and saw that Top Flight had many excellent reviews. So I called them. A couple of hours later, Isaiah and Tyler came to my house. I have to say that it was one of the best experiences, if not the best, that I have ever had with a contractor or service person. They were here all day. Isaiah explained everything to me in detail and encouraged me to ask questions. He was so patient and so nice. Of course, they fixed the problem and gave me some good advice. He was very professional but easy going and well-informed. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Isaac serviced my ductless system in my sun room. The system was heating but was inconsistent in response to temperature changes. Isaac cleaned the inside unit and that seems to have improved how it works. He was on time and worked professionally.

We were going through a total nightmare trying to find a company to fix our HVAC system. We tried 3 different companies that took our money and left us with a system that would stop working within a month after they said it was fixed. Top flight found the problem the 1st time they looked at it. It's now been running for almost a year with no problems. Isiah and this company are the best. We highly recommend them. I Highly recommend Top Flight! I called for service at the beginning of the cooling season. Technician came on time, inspected and cleaned the main two heat exchanger zones, checked all the return filters, measured the temp at each supply output and then inspected and cleaned a mini split. He took his time but was really efficient, thorough, clean and knowledgeable. Had great air conditioning all summer! I signed up for their service plan and will be scheduling our heating/fall call after Thanksgiving.

Top Flight is exactly that! Tyler Powell was the technician sent to maintain my very old furnace. He was professional, informative and personable! He let me know what to expect from the furnace and I was pleased with his evaluation. There was no upselling. He, with the owner Ryan, came up with 7 quotes for different brands and efficiencies of furnaces that I requested.
