Spoke with Taylor from top flight to schedule our maintenance and air scrubber install. Both her and Ryan were very professional upon scheduling. Our technician, Isaiah Barnes promptly showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Assisting with all questions I had during the visit. Going out of his way to help ensure all of my concerns were addressed during the visit. I highly recommend Top flight all around for their excellent service.

We had our first service with Top Flight and our technician was Isaiah Blaine. He was a great, knowledgeable, friendly young man who took the time to update us on everything he was doing. He signed us up for the monthly contract which is so affordable and convenient. If it is possible to ask for a specific technician to work on your unit, ask for Isaiah Blaine and you’ll be glad you did.

Top Flight is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with and I have owned many homes in my life time. The whole experience has been wonderful. I actually signed up with another company for an annual maintenance plan and they were so unprofessional, I canceled my plan with them and signed up with Top Flight. Boy am I glad that I did! The intake process was so smooth. The customer portal is wonderful. You can see your appointment and when the technician is on the portal. My technician Michael arrived on time and was really knowledgeable. In fact, he is not even completely done yet and I am already writing this review. I have a new home and I have had my 3amp fuse blown several times. I knew it was not normal, but the builder's electrician said there was nothing wrong. I hired another hvac company before my one year warranty expired to give me a second opinion (I wish I hired Top Flight at the time) and couldn't tell me what was wrong. Michael took the time to look through each wire and went through the process of elimination. He was able to identify a low voltage wire issue in the outside condenser. Although he said that you never knew whether there was another issue or not given the complexity of the 24V system, I felt really good about his expertise and the care he put in to diagnose. Anyway, I cannot recommend this company enough. I will never use another hvac company again. Also, my daughter (11 years old) saw their truck and commented, "you can always trust a company with a cartoon in their logo...:)". Thank you Top Flight and Michael!!!
