I had a review here from my first encounter with Top Flight. I also edited to that review at one point a few days ago. Another edit felt excessive so I decided to change the entire review.
Top flight came out within 2 hours of my very first 6:30am call a few weeks ago. They troubleshooted 2 parts before inevitably needing to replace furnace. We opted to upgrade the entire heat pump/furnace HVAC system. We were credited the parts previously paid for on our final invoice. Day of install, there was a hiccup, that was quickly diagnosed and up and running. Over the next few days, my nerves (which were totally shot after 3 weeks of heating issues over Christmas/New Years) got the best of me. The system just didn’t seem right to me and after said hiccup, I felt a call needed to be made. I talked to both Taylor & Mike (operations manager) and they both thought my concerns warranted a check, even just to give peace of mind. Mike came out to my house the next day (today around 12) and checked everything himself. He adjusted some settings on thermostat and called to tell me everything seems to be running just as it should. At 3:30, I received a call from Sam offering me an extended membership for my troubles and he told me he personally reached out to manufacturer to get me an extended labor warranty.
I have had many members of the top flight crew at my house in the past 3 weeks, and spoke with several on the phone. Each member has been respectful, professional, and supportive. They have taken so much time to make sure that everything is working properly, that I understand everything and to ease my mind. I am happy with our choice to have called Top Flight Heating, Air & Plumbing. I truly feel like a valued customer and Milton neighbor.
