I’m sure that a lot of HVAC Companies are similar to Top Flight. I called them and ask the to come out on a weekend because I didn’t have heat. While they were on their way I figured out that I had a bad contactor. When the guy arrived, I showed him the contactor. He didn’t have one in his van. So he had to go get one. He replaced it and checked over the rest of the system and say I was low on refrigerant. He came back two days later and added 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I paid $1,488 for them to replace 1 contactor and a 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I was totally RIPPED OFF. I definitely would not recommend them!

I Highly recommend Top Flight! I called for service at the beginning of the cooling season. Technician came on time, inspected and cleaned the main two heat exchanger zones, checked all the return filters, measured the temp at each supply output and then inspected and cleaned a mini split. He took his time but was really efficient, thorough, clean and knowledgeable. Had great air conditioning all summer! Cleaned and rehabilitated my heater. They arrived on-time, two people worked on the unit, very nice and polite. They even showed me pictures of all the work they did on the unit.
