Recently had Top Flight come out and perform maintenance and inspection service of my HVAC system and 2 mini-splits. Isaiah performed the work and was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained everything that they were doing. He even found a couple of issues with our original installation, fixed them for us and showed us photographs. I was extremely pleased with their work and very glad to have purchased a twice yearly maintenance program. I highly recommend Top Flight.

I can’t say enough good things about Top Flight Heating & Air! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting the job done right. Scheduling was a breeze, and they showed up on time (which is rare these days!).

The technician Isaiah was incredibly thorough, explaining everything in a way that made sense without any upselling or pressure. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had my system up and running in no time. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

I’m sure that a lot of HVAC Companies are similar to Top Flight. I called them and ask the to come out on a weekend because I didn’t have heat. While they were on their way I figured out that I had a bad contactor. When the guy arrived, I showed him the contactor. He didn’t have one in his van. So he had to go get one. He replaced it and checked over the rest of the system and say I was low on refrigerant. He came back two days later and added 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I paid $1,488 for them to replace 1 contactor and a 1/4 lb of refrigerant. I was totally RIPPED OFF. I definitely would not recommend them!

Their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and take their time explaining any issues they may see presently or in the future. No hard core selling.
